Shipping costs
Currently all our shipments within Germany are free of shipping fees. The shipping rates to all countries outside Germany are defined by weight and size of the ordered goods. The individual costs are dynamically calculated by our shop software during checkout procedure and are given in full detail b e f o r e you confirm your order. If at this point you should not agree with the costs shown you can still cancel the order process here.
Delivery times
On each product page we state how soon we ship the product. All
timing details relate to single items.
Please note that for higher
order volumes we cannot guarantee the delivery times stated on the product page. However, our customer service will
be glad to inform you on the current availability of a given item.
If you have an outstanding order you can refer to the page ‘Your Account’
to check the progress of your order and the shipment date. If the availability
of an ordered item changes we will notify you by email.
The product pages give the following delivery details:
ca. 3-4 days: articles are in stock, can be shipped directly
ca. 1 week: articles are not in stock, but available immediately from the producer, can be shipped on a short term basis.
ca. 2 weeks: articles are not immediately available from the producer, can be shipped only on a medium term basis.
Pricing
Please note that the applicable price is always the one listed on our website
at the time of your order. This should be borne in mind if you want to
order an item that you have had on your favourites list for some time,
as the price could have changed in the meantime.
Express Delivery
We offer a next working day express delivery service via DHL Express for
all addresses in Germany. We charge a flat rate of EUR 23.70 for this service
irrespective of other carriage costs.
Like that you might receive your order within one work day after shipment.
If your order is particularly urgent and you require delivery before 10
a.m., before 9 a.m. or on a Sunday or public holiday, please notify us
in good time by email and we will quote you an individual delivery price.
The additional costs for express shipment will not be reimbursed (see Withdrawal Instructions) in case of withdrawal.
We recommend that you make arrangements to ensure that you or a person
you trust, such as member of your household or a neighbour, is available
to take receipt of your shipment.

Packaging, protection of environment
June Ainscough London only uses high-quality packaging materials which provide your
goods with a high degree of protection from damage during shipment. We
also ensure that our packaging is environmentally friendly and contains
a high proportion of recycled paper, thus preserving natural ressources.
As the consumer you are of course in a position to recycle the packaging
materials along with old newspapers, etc.
Any necessary additional materials such as adhesive tape, labels and small
quantities of foil or film do not hinder the recycling process.
