General Terms and Conditions of Business (The following GTC contain legal information about your rights in accordance with the rules on contracts resulting from online orders and e-commerce.)

1 Sphere of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTC) apply to all deliveries by "June Ainscough London, Christian Möller" (hereafter June Ainscough London) to consumers (§ 13 BGB/German law). Consumer in this sense means any person that enters into contract which is not related to his/her commercial or other professional activities.

2 Contract partners
The buying contract is entered into with M2 Group, June Ainscough London, owner: Christian Möller, Wittenbergener Weg 112, 22559 Hamburg, Germany. You can contact our customer service for any questions or reclamations at info@juneainscough.com.

3 Offer and contract
3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a proposal for ordering. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button [BUY NOW] you issue a binding order of the goods listed on the ordering page. The buying contract is agreed upon if we accept your order by an order confirmation eMail immediately after receiving your order.

4 Withdrawal, cost apportionment when exercising the right of withdrawal
4.1 Consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS
Withdrawal
You may cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period lasts 14 days starting from the day you (or a third party specified by you and who is not the logistic carrier) have taken the goods into possession. For executing your right of withdrawal you have to inform us (June AInscough London, Klaus Soyk, Gaußstr. 132 D, 22765 Hamburg, Germany. Fax: 040-30603527. eMail: info@juneainscough.com) through a letter sent by mail, fax or E-mail stating clearly your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this purpose you may (optional) use the “master form of withdrawal” provided. For keeping the deadline it is sufficient if you send the statement of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal, cost apportionment
In case of a valid withdrawal we shall return all payments that we received from you including our delivery costs (excluding extra costs that result from your choice of other delivery methods than the standard economic method that we offer) immediately within 14 days counting from the day we received your information of withdrawal. For the reimbursement we shall use the same payment method (unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon) that had been originally used by you. In no case you will have to pay any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have proven the returning of the goods, whatever comes first. You have to return the goods immediately within 14 days after informing us about the withdrawal. It is sufficient if you ship the goods within the withdrawal period. You have to pay the return shipment.
You have to pay for a loss of value of the goods only if the loss of value results from a use of the goods other than checking their proper quality, features and functionality.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to online order contracts on the delivery of sealed goods that are not fit to be returned, for hygienic reasons or reasons of health protection when the seal has been removed after delivery.

END OF WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS
4.2 Please avoid damages and contaminations. If possible return the goods to us in their original packing including all packing materials. Please use a protective overpack. In case you no longer have the original packing please make sure that the overpack you use protects sufficiently against transport damages. This helps to avoid claims for compensation of transport damages because of poor packing.
4.3 Please return the goods as a prepaid package to us and keep the posting document.
4.4 Please send an eMail to info@juneainscough.com announcing the return. This will help us to trace back the returned goods.
4.5 Please note that the arrangements mentioned in sections 4.2 thru 4.4 are not legally required for the valid exercise of your withdrawal right.
